Install Tekkit 2

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit 2) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit 2 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Hi there, It seems 1.1.3 broke the Railcraft steam engines. They previously did work in 1.1.2. I tried looking around in the configs and stuff but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't work

They are hidden by default as RF power generation is not encouraged, they still say MJ which is not in line with the pack, and they don't have a working default recipe. Feel free to use them if you still wish :)

i just started tekkit 2 and there are no advanced insertion pipes or energy links and teleport pipes are there any alternatives for these?

The Clay Pipe would be the alternative, Flux Generators convert EU to RF, and Teleport Pipes are hidden by default due to bugs but you can use the EnderStorage mod to teleport items & fluids.

Any chance adding teleport pipes ? Additional pipes should have included them but where they are... Anyways, Im glad for new Tekkit :D

They are actually included but disabled by default due to issues deleting items. Hopefully someone could update the mod in the future. For now you can use Ender Chests :)

Hey, think it's cool that you created the modpack, I have a question, could you insert the mod Dimensional Anchors please like the mod a lot, I've already tried it myself but I didn't succeed.
