HOW TO REPORT ERRORS:
To report an error (a glitch or a problem or if some mod is not working well with others or something else) write an email to: [email protected]. In your e-mail please include: What is your problem, how did you get it, can it be repeated, is it a big problem, include a list of your PC specifications: your motherboard, processor, graphics card, amount and type of RAM, operating system, Java version and is it 64-bit or 32-bit (x86).
The importance of Java:
If you didn't know, Minecraft runs on Java. You probably already have Java because you can't run Minecraft without Java. One IMPORTANT thing: It is recommended that you have 64-bit Java. With 64-bit Java you can select more than 1GB of RAM in the Technic Launcher Settings so your Minecraft can be faster! This is where you can download 64-bit Java: https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Just click on "Windows Offline (64-bit)", wait for it to download and then install it!
How to install the modpack:
- If you haven't already, download the Technic Launcher from here: http://www.technicpack.net/download
- Open up the Technic launcher and login.
- In the upper right corner of this page click "Install This Modpack" and copy the link.
- Paste the link in the search box (in the upper left corner) of the Technic Launcher.
- Click "Install" and wait.
- That's it! Just click on "Play" when you want to run the modpack!
If you're having problems with the modpack try this:
- Reinstall it (delete the whole modpack and install it again). Be sure to backup your worlds first!
- If you're still having problems here's a direct link to the .zip file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9vw862dft888367/techventure1.0.zip?dl=1 You'll have to manually extract it and install the mods, configs and other stuff.
