This modpack sounds shiny, but I can't download it since your dropbox link seems to be down. Also, can you post a modlist for this one (to help me decide how I want to build a world using this pack) please ?

Sorry, Dropbox enforced a temporary ban on me for using up too much bandwidth xD
when I try to download it it tells me "Error downloading a file for the following pack: TechnoFlops
Failed to download https://www.dropbox.com/s/0tytbfacb3225uy/TechnoFlops_3.8.zip?dl1
please consult the modpack author" so ya was hoping you would know what was happening

Yes, sorry about that, Dropbox enforce bandwidth usage limiters, which I wan't aware of.
