So...It was broken because my cPanel or whatever's public folder was cleared for no apparent reason, I re-uploaded the files (currently MK's AP servers are on their way), apparently nobody else had this issue because looking it up got me nothing.
Apparently downloads are not actually working...This is so frustrating it's swear-worthy.
Modpack downloads are now back to normal, had to switch hosting platform due to them shutting down soon. Server downloads are going to be fixed as well very soon.
Servers are now available for all my modpacks, I haven't tested this one but it should work. (Let me know if any issues come up.)
