FAQ:
Crash upon first launch!
- I have had the game not launch on its first run after an update. Try running it again. It seemed to work for me. Perhaps it needs to generate some configs? If it still doesn't launch, comment with a log (using pastebin or something) and I will try to help.
Crashes after clicking "Play"
- Delete the folder: */.technic/modpacks/give-me-more-rice then reinstall. This has worked for a friend, so it's worth a shot. Make backups first!
It won't download when I click, "Install"
- This is an issue on dropbox's side, where I host the files. They won't allow so many people to download the files each day, so if this happens to you, try again the next day. I'm looking for better file hosts, and if you know of any free ones tell me in the comments!
How do I make a server?
- Download the server package ("Server Download" button on the main page) and extract the zip somewhere. Run the forge-1.7.10 jar, and wait for the console to appear. IT WILL CLOSE DURING THE FIRST RUN, DO NOT FRET. It has generated the "eula.txt" file. Open it with a text editor, and change "eula=false" to "eula=true" without quotes. Run the forge jar once again, and it should be set. Make sure you know your external ipv4 address and that the port 25565 is open. Comment if you need assistance.
I don't have a Dropbox account! How do I download the server?
- Just click the 'X' on the "sign in" pop-up and you can download it without an account.
