Do you have a server for this modpack?
The enhanced biomes mod is really annoying. Cobblestone doesn't spawn there, so you cant make a petal apothecary or living stone in Botania. That mod pretty much cuts off Botania. I know a really good mod that could replace it and even adds new mobs. You should switch out enhanced biomes for Biomes O' Plenty. Then Botania will work :)

I hope you just fix the Twilight Forest mod so it isn't a world of gravel when you go there, it is really funny to go there and see that though.
