While one might be worried about building his house and setting up a *simple farm, * the other prepares to launch his rocket and reach for the stars.

While one might be using powers way beyond his understanding, to change the fabric of reality and challenge all logic, another is pushing the limits of technology and science, making things possible that seemed like fiction before.

While one might be riding a dragon from the depths of the end into battle, another might explore time and space in a blue box, that is bigger on the inside.

This modpack combines the old and the new. The scientists can enjoy their mashines, no matter if they are from Mekanism, Minefactory, Thermal Expanion or even Immersive Engineering. But they also can experience new things, like making useful guns or messing with science, previously though fiction, like Phasers and replicators. The Thaumaturges can enjoy their boiling crucibles, the Botanists can keep tending to their flowers and the witches can keep chanting their spells. But for the people who missed the times of casting fire out of their hands and feeling the power course through their vines, will be more than happy to hear that the art of magic has returned in the form of Ars Magica 2

The explorers can keep exploring the Twillight Forrest, but they could also explore the rather unknown runic dungeons.

Our Astronouts will be surprised, that technology is now advanced enough, to not limit their space travel to moon and mars anymore, no, there is a whole galaxy to explore, so go ahead.
