Attack of the B-Team 1.0.12a is now Recommended

Attack of the B-Team 1.0.12a is now marked Recommended in the launcher, and users will be asked to update the next time they attempt to launch B-Team. This is a large update over 1.0.10b, and includes a number of mod updates.

The build includes the following changes:

Witchery logs, planks, and leaves can now be cut into multiblocks
Village spawns have been disabled in order to bypass a chunk-corruption issue with Biomes o' Plenty
OpenEye version 0.6 has been added
Not Enough Codecs version 0.1 has been added. This should fix most radio stations in Open Blocks
World of Dinos has been updated to version 1.1. Dinos should no longer crowd out Tropicraft spawns
MineFactory Reloaded has been updated from version 2.7.6 to version 2.7.9
Advanced Genetics has been updated from version 1.4.1 to version 1.4.3
Better Storage has been updated from version 0.8.0.45 to version 0.8.0.47
Carpenter Blocks has been updated from version 2.0.6 to version 2.1.0
CoFHCore has been updated from version 2.0.0.2 to version 2.0.0.5
Food Plus has been updated from version 2.7pre to version 2.8pre4
Furnituremod has been updated from version 3.2.9 to version 3.3.3
Galacticraft has been updated from version 2.0.10.978 to version 2.0.13.1063
Hats has been updated from version 2.1.4 to version 2.1.8
Open Mods Lib has been updated from version 0.4 to version 0.5.1
Open Blocks has been updated from version 1.2.7 to version 1.2.9

The B-Team may not play anymore, but that doesn't mean the B-Team fans have stopped playing it. I understand the rate of downloads and people playing it has dropped, but I would like it if someone updated the mods in the pack. Usually it runs smoothly and thats great! But updating it would make me play more often.

Attack of the B-Team is an awesome ModPack. Unfortunately there are just too many bugs and glitches to really have fun with it. Since you are no longer supporting the pack, there really isn't much we can do about it. It's just that sometimes it feels like its not even worth playing since your game is going to crash from time to time and you'll just have to start over from scratch (ie AdvancedPortals 2 glitch) or maybe the range of your harvester suddenly increases 100 fold and decapitates an entire forest and/or your 800 block tall tower made entirely of wood that you didn't create a back up for... Just Sayin..

I was wondering how do I add other mods into the pack? there is a mod for cutting trees down with one block instead of having to chop the entire tree down. is there a way to install it into the pack?

From experience, you can add other mods to the modpack where it installs once you've downloaded the full pack. However, as far as I understand, you can no longer launch it through technic launcher, and it can be pretty tricky/time consuming if mods clash or you need support. Also, I'm not sure about the specific mod you referred to; I only tried thaumcraft and forestry, I think. If you decide to give it a shot, I suggest thoroughly researching any mods you add (their compatibility and requirements), and make multiple backups! GL. :)
