I would reccomend removing optifine from this modpack, since it causes crashes and general bugginess with the LoTR mod. This will probably reduce the number of crashes here.

If you are saying that you are crashing with OptiFine we can investigate in our Discord #help channel. Generally, it works just fine and everyone who had issues has been resolved (to my knowledge).
Hi, when I try to launch the pack the launcher disappears then shortly afterward reappears, any fixes?

1) Hitting me up on our Discord server is a much more direct way to reach me (if you @mention me there I'll get a notification that you need help.
2) Try updating the pack to 2.15.7. This upgrades to the latest version of OptiFine and may fix your issue (did with some others). If not, drag your crash report into our Discord #help channel.

Is the LoTR server gone now? It looks like it is now running a different mod pack.
I keep seeing comments about a server but I cannot find a server for this pack...is there a server and if so where do I find the IP and info on it. Thank You.
Server address is now built into the pack, but it's lotr.circlecraft.info
you should add more player models, so we can be orcs and stuff :)
The mod DimensionalAnchors is being rejected when i try to login to the server.

Nope none of the towns are actually where they are supposed to be, matter of fact there are no cities
kinda ruined the whole map if the cities dont actually exist
Lotr Mod doesn't have the ability to auto generate the cities, that is either done by players or Server Admins/Mods/Designers Idspin_Ivr
Structures can be generated, but the mod staff is currently more focused on faction behaviors, npcs, and adding new factions. This particular mod is still under development, but one of the great aspects is that players can create their own world. This has always been the MAIN allure of Minecraft. The towns and cities are right where they should be, in potential. Still, travel to Gondor, the mod has actually started to include generated structures for this faction. The recent update is extremely well done and I myself see no problem with the direction that the LoTR gods have set forth. The only complaint to be had is against anything falling under a non-canonical structure. Please do not slight plowman99's modpack for things that he cannot possibly influence on a grand scale. This pack was one of the first to be displayed on Technic Scraps and whether you like it or not, is one of the best modpacks and servers on Technic to date. Considering you only made it to Bree... Please start to accumulate and appreciate some value in the art of patience.
Playing on SP reached Bree, but lo and behold its not there...... dont want to waste my time if the cities wont be there, question where are they all

Hey plowman, the LOTR server is down again. I think the invasions are too much for the server hosting? I'd really like to avoid a rollback if possible... I have some builds that might look good for your website :)

Is there a way to lessen the amount of invasions? If they were less frequent, they might not crash the server. Maybe like 1 every 10 minutes?

Great server, crashed 3 days ago though. Would like to get back on lol. CircleCraft modpacks are awesome. Would like to keep building XD

Enable the diamond dolly on the server. Or add in a way to move spawners or make spawners without having to be forced into a mod that they don't want to do.
