For better FPS, consider installing Optifine. Just place the download into the mods folder in the mcultra-pack folder in the .technic directory at %appdata%.

NOTE: To change the amount of RAM allocated to the server, change "Xmx2G -Xms2G" to "Xmx*G -Xms*G", replacing the * with the amount of RAM in the launch.bat file by right-clicking, and selecting edit in Windows.
